Top golf academy and leader in sports technology offer students certifications in FlightScope technology
ORLANDO, Fla. – December 18, 2015 – FlightScope, a world leader in the development and manufacturing of sports technology, today announces its partnership with Core Golf Education, a company specializing in golf training and education. Through this partnership, Core Golf is incorporating FlightScope into its Professional Golf Management Associates Degree program curriculum, offering a Professional Level Certification in FlightScope products as a capstone course. The first class to complete the program and earn a certification graduated this week on Dec. 16.
During the final semester, senior students at Core Golf enroll in the FlightScope Academy course and earn a FlightScope Professional Certification. Led by Alex Trujillo, FlightScope Sales & Support Manager, students learn several core skills, including fundamentals of the FlightScope technology, how the radar operates, FlightScope software navigation, teaching and coaching with FlightScope, club fitting and how to generate revenue using FlightScope.
“We are thrilled to see the first class of Core Golf students successfully graduate from the FlightScope Academy program,” said Trujillo. “A FlightScope certification gives Core Golf students a more competitive edge after graduation, and allows them to have in-depth experience working with emerging technologies being used by coaches, pros and players across the industry.”
In addition to the Core Golf Education, FlightScope will be integrated into all the Core Golf Learning Center’s services.
