Eleven MacGregor Putters in Play for in Past Weekend Tournaments
Albany, GA (September 26, 2005) – MacGregor golf clubs and putters helped guide last weekend’s Nationwide Boise Open winner to an exciting playoff victory. Several PGA Tour players around the globe also had top finishes using MacGregor clubs and doing so without being paid.
The Boise Open winner, who used a MacGregor Bobby Grace M1 putter, sank a 10-foot birdie on the first hole of a playoff to secure his first victory on the Nationwide Tour. MacGregor had an additional eight putters in play at the Valero Texas Open by unpaid PGA Tour players. A MacGregor Bobby Grace V-FOIL M7.5K-GT, V-FOIL M6.4K-GT, M1 and V-FOIL M7.5K-GT helped players secure a T5, T19, T19 and T26 finish.

MacGregor PGA Tour Staff player Jose Maria Olazabal defeated his counterpart captain 2&1 on the final day of the Seve Trophy using a full bag of 14 MacGregor Golf clubs including an Eye-O-Matic driver and a Bobby Grace M1 putter.
The 2005 Player’s Champion winner and United States Team member, used a MacGregor Bobby Grace V-FOIL MOI putter at this past weekend’s President Cup.
