As a Tour Experienced Golf Club Fitter, you will facilitate club fitting sessions with customers to assure optimal selection and purchase of equipment. To ensure success, you will need to possess current certifications from all manufacturers as well as familiarity with Trackman Launch Monitor. Vast experience and knowledge in the golf club fitting process will be required. A commitment to hard work and the ability to communicate clearly, multitask, handle varying daily priorities, and work in a fast paced environment will be necessary. Superb customer service skills, an upbeat personality, strong problem solving skills and the ability to be thorough and accurate are essential.

• Share product knowledge while making personal recommendations based on talent and skill level
• Work one-on-one with the guests to ensure a positive club-fitting experience
• Work as a team to provide the highest level of service to our guests
• Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
Please apply if you meet the following requirements:
Must have
• A love for and experience in the game of golf
• 10+ years experience in club fitting at the tour level
• Computer literacy and general aptitude for learning new software or web based applications
• Prior club fitting certifications, preferably Ping Certified
• Above average knowledge of golf equipment and technology
• Ability to work 20-40 hours per week, as well as opportunities for overtime during busier seasons.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including weekends. Success oriented and engaging personality
Nice to have
• 2+ years of Sales and Customer Service experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
