YOUR MISSION

  • This position supports the COBRA PUMA GOLF team in Carlsbad, CA
  • Concept and complete campaigns across all touchpoints within deadlines.
  • Plan and direct photoshoots, manage photographers and photo retouchers.
  • Generate clear ideas and concepts with marketing and product managers.
  • Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas.
  • Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience.
  • Design wireframes for both website and email use.
  • Manage catalog design and production for both COBRA and PUMA Brands with production designers, brand managers and product line managers.

YOUR TALENT

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in a design-related field.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills in print design, typography, and digital media.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively collaborate with other creatives and clients.
  • Proficient in large-format print design and can build files to proper spec.
  • Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.     
  • Self-starter, can take little direction and provide multiple options per project.
  • Understanding of branding and marketing principles, able to translate brand strategies into visual elements.

The Hiring range base pay for this position is $74,500 – $105,960 + Bonus + Benefits Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.PUMA is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer.
