JOB OVERVIEW
The Manager, Social Media (Women’s) is responsible for implementing social media strategies and serving as the voice of the TravisMathew Women’s brand through social platforms to develop brand awareness, generate inbound traffic and cultivate leads and sales. Additionally, this individual will partner with the content marketing team to create original marketing content and copy.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute social media strategies for TravisMathew Women’s brand
- Develop and manage social media content calendar and promotional campaigns
- Develop and manage weekly social media editorial calendars for all channels
- Develop and manage a social media influencer campaigns
- Develop and manage relationships with partners to generate relevant social media content
- Partner with creative team to develop assets for social platforms
- Partner with eCommerce team to ensure organic social campaigns are in alignment with paid social / digital initiatives
- Monitor and track performance metrics
- Monitor conversations across all social media platforms and interact with audience when appropriate
- Manage social media contests and fulfillment to increase email acquisition
- Manage external relationships with social media vendors and platforms
- Manage, develop, and mentor the Social Media Team
- Oversee the development and management of monthly / annual budget
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, best practices, and processes
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proficient in content management systems
- Proficient in image editing programs and relevant mobile applications
- Ability to manage and mentor a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong creative and strategic thinking skillset
- Strong organization, attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Digital Media or Marketing
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in Marketing or Social Media
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a leadership capacity
