Description: PING, Inc., maker of PING golf equipment, is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator that will assist with the management of PING’s direct-to-consumer digital marketing programs. This individual will be responsible for scaling the paid and organic search channels through keyword optimization and by identifying areas of opportunity in the competitive landscape. Also, this position will assist the management of PING’s paid social and emails channels and will assist with data analysis and reporting tasks. This position requires the candidate to reside in the Phoenix Metro Area; relocation assistance will be provided.

YOU WILL:
- In collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager, create and maintain new direct-to-consumer campaigns on PING’s digital advertising channels. This includes Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, and email.
- Work to develop a skillset through training and education that empower you to produce competitive analysis reports that identify areas of opportunity for PING’s direct-to-consumer business.
- Coordinate with the eCommerce, Marketing, and Social Media teams for new campaign launches.
- Conduct keyword research for paid and organic search purposes. This includes maintaining negative keyword lists and monitoring search query reports.
- Be responsible for the maintenance of the PING’s Merchant Center product feeds.
- Assist with the maintenance of automated omnichannel workflows.
- Provide data analysis to evaluate campaign and channel performance.
YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism and Communications or related discipline from a properly accredited college or university; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication, analytical, interpersonal and team skills.
- Detail oriented with excellent organization and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate a high level of activity under a variety of conditions and constraints.
- Must have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and keep up with the administrative requirements of the position.
- Possess an intermediate level of computer literacy of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Excel).
- Experience with digital advertising platforms is a plus. This includes Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Facebook Advertising.
- Experience with Google Looker or other data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics is a plus.
- Experience with email or marketing automation platforms is a plus.
- Experience with SEO platforms is a plus.
