Harrisburg Native Craig Bush Wins Centex Villa At 2005 PGA TOUR Superstore World Amateur Handicap Championship

October 25, 2005, Myrtle Beach, S.C. — Centex Homes Myrtle Beach Division provided the top prize at the 2005 PGA TOUR Superstore World Amateur Handicap Championship for the second year in a row. The $150,000 Berkshire Forest villa winner was determined by a putting contest which was held on September 1, 2005. Craig Bush a native of Harrisburg, Pa., made the winning putt and was presented with a ceremonial giant key by Centex Homes representative Mike Wyatt.

"It was an honor to present Craig with this new home," said Mike Wyatt, Centex Homes Myrtle Beach Division president. "It is gratifying to see the excitement and enthusiasm surrounding the putt-off. We are proud to be part of such a great tournament."

Berkshire Forest, a 600-acre master-planned community, offers distinctive neighborhoods with access to exceptional amenities. In addition to golf villas, the community features single-family homes, townhomes, and single-family attached homes. Coming soon to the shoreline of 32-acre Silver Lake, are a residents’ club, tennis courts, fitness facility, and swimming pool. Villa residents will enjoy several planned neighborhood pools that will be scattered throughout their neighborhood. All Berkshire Forest residents will have access to a planned oceanside beach cabana. In addition, a planned on-site lifestyle director will be available to coordinate clubs, events, and other social activities.

The PGA TOUR Superstore World Amateur Handicap Championship is an annual event that takes place the last week of August in Myrtle Beach, S.C.
