The R&A has adjusted the calendar for qualifying events for the 2006 Open Championship. Regional Qualifying will now take place at the 16 venues previously announced on Wednesday 5 July, two days later than initially scheduled.
Local Final Qualifying will remain unchanged at four venues on 10 and 11 July.
One further change of date affects International Final Qualifying (Africa) which will now also be played two days later than originally announced, on 18 and 19 January at Royal Johannesburg & Kensington, South Africa.
