LIBERTYVILLE, IL (November 1, 2005) – One year ago our municipal client, City of Aurora (CO), asked Crescent Systems to design, develop, install and train their personnel in state-of-the-art software systems to upgrade their seven (7) course operation. Crescent Systems developed the full SQL (i.e. Server Query Language) software package to drive their operations, an integrated Web-Based Reservation interface to allow on-line booking and a fully interfaced IVR System (i.e. Interactive Voice Response) with all three systems totally in real-time with immediate updating to all seven sites and systems.
