LEAWOOD, KANSAS (Nov. 3, 2005) – At Accu-Length, a one-of-a-kind spacer system helps the unequaled junior golf clubs grow with the child as he grows.
Now, as the company nears the completion of its most successful year in the marketplace, it’s continuing to put increasing space between itself and the competition as more and more major retailers are carrying the Accu-Length clubs and experiencing robust sales and maximum profits.
The Golf Warehouse, the largest Internet golf retailer in the United States, has become the latest in the growing line of Accu-Length believers. The Golf Warehouse, which is based in Wichita, Kansas, will be selling Accu-Length’s growing line of products both in its catalogue and on its Internet web site.
"Accu-Length is one of the most unique and sensible junior golf clubs ever created, which is why we have chosen to include it in our product mix and make it available to the buying public," says Bob Tucker, Head of Purchasing, The Golf Warehouse. "The clubs are manufactured of the highest-quality materials.
Consumers will be attracted to the fact that they can get several years of usage out of the Accu-Length, especially without having to pay an arm and a leg to buy it. And on top of it, the clubs definitely are priced right."
"Junior golf is one of the keys to the overall growth of the game, and Accu-Length is a product that will help foster that growth," adds Bill Kliewer, Hard Goods Buyer, The Golf
Warehouse. "Beginning and advanced junior golfers will enjoy the playability of Accu-Length’s woods, irons, wedges and putters, as well as the results they’ll receive on the golf course. That, in turn, will generate a lifetime love for the game of golf. And that’s what it’s all about."
While executives from The Golf Warehouse are looking forward to carrying Accu-Length, the same is true of officials from the manufacturer.
"We are ecstatic about having our products sold by The Golf Warehouse," says Rick Rutter, President, COO and Founder of OnTrack Sports, LLC, Makers of Accu-Length, the only Expandable Junior Golf Clubs. The Golf Warehouse is second to none when it comes to their quality requirements, so we are really honored to be selected for distribution by them. It is going to be very exciting to see what we can do together. We’re all looking for a home run, and we plan to do our part to deliver on that."
Accu-Length is set to deliver several new, outstanding products to the marketplace, just in time for Christmas shopping.
Accu-Length’s new 250cc stainless steel driver has a large sweet spot that makes it supremely forgiving for younger players. The driver’s 14-degree loft and 54-degree lie are other assets that will benefit junior golfers. The 250cc model is only available for
golfers 51 to 59 inches tall and 55 to 62 inches tall. Like all of Accu-Length’s custom-fit
products it features the Spacer expandable shaft technology. A final bonus is that the driver is available in hard-to-find left-handed models, as well as right-handed clubs.
Accu-Length also conquers the southpaw dilemma with its new left-handed starter sets, as well as left-handed 5-irons. The 5-iron comes in 30 degrees in the 1000 Series and 28 degrees in the 2000 and 3000 Series.
Accu-Length’s new SS stainless steel putters will make stroking smooth and easy. The mallet style putter is designed to enhance accuracy and is available in all four of the company’s sets.
"Accu-Length golf clubs are designed with the best interests of junior players in mind," says Rutter. "We carefully research and analyze their needs and then produce products that will provide them with unparalleled results and the most enjoyable experience possible. You won’t find a better junior golf club anywhere than Accu-Length."
Accu-Length is the only expandable junior golf club on the market. A one-of-a-kind spacer system allows Accu-Length to grow with the junior golfer without any sacrifice to the product’s quality. Accu-Length’s product line is known for its professional quality, with stainless steel heads and filament wound graphite shafts.
Accu-Length Expandable Junior Golf Clubs have received critical acclaim since hitting the marketplace. It was named the Best New Equipment Product at this year’s recent PGA Merchandise Show.
