First phase of luxury coach homes sold out in days
St. Augustine, Fla. (Nov. 15, 2005) — Bateman & Martin Developments, Inc. announces the sellout of the first phase of Laterra Links in The Neighborhoods of World Golf Village. Located at the King & Bear across from the PGA TOUR Spa Laterra, the community will offer 152 spacious coach home condominiums with spectacular lake views or vistas of holes two through eight of the renowned King & Bear golf course.
The first phase, which was released in June, consisted of 16 units. The second phase was released early and only 11 coach homes are still available. "Our first phase sold out in a couple of days prompting our early release of the second phase. These homes are in great demand," said Tracey Falby, the director of sales for Laterra Links. "We most likely will not release any additional units until next year."
The two-story buildings of Laterra Links will include four condominium flats per building – two upstairs and two downstairs. The homes, currently priced from $530,000, are available in two large floor plans with 2,160 or 2,783 square feet of air-conditioned living space. The first floor units have 10′ ceilings, with second floor units offering vaulted ceilings and an optional elevator. All coach homes include two-car garages and a screened lanai.
Laterra Links will also provide residents with a 7,212 square-foot clubhouse that includes two community buildings (5,000 square feet of air-conditioned space) with a spacious great room and full kitchen, a fitness center and dual locker rooms. The buildings – connected by a veranda – are centered around a lagoon-style swimming pool and hot tub.
The buildings’ exterior will consist of durable concrete block and stucco construction with beautiful tiled roofs. Each home will feature a separate living room and den, designer 18" ceramic tile flooring in the foyer, hallway, kitchen, baths and laundry room and a 10′ bay window with a sitting area in the master suite.
The gourmet kitchens come equipped with granite countertops, quality cabinetry, island workstations and sunny breakfast nooks. All baths have Corian vanities with glamorous master baths that include a cultured marble Roman tub and a separate frameless glass shower, dual vanities, and skylights (for second floor units.)
