GLENVIEW, Ill. (Nov. 14 ,2005) – Crown Golf Properties, the Chicago, Ill.-based golf course management company, announced that an agreement has been reached with Heritage Isles Golf and Country Club in Tampa, Fla., to manage the community’s golf and restaurant operations.
Crown will provide complete facilities management for both the golf club and the restaurant, and will implement strategic marketing plans for both.
"We plan to leverage our resources to enhance operations and expand offerings at the golf club and restaurant through our many management resources and a multi-facetted marketing approach," said Crown Golf Properties President Dave Fairman.
Marketing tools will include the CrownClub membership and rewards program, a highly successful loyalty and membership program at the company’s five Florida courses.

Heritage Isles Golf and Country Club features a par-72, 18-hole championship golf course designed by Gordon Lewis and Jed Azinger, an elegant Clubhouse, an aqua driving range, a practice green, a well-stocked golf shop and a full service restaurant. With four sets of tees, the course plays 6,976 yards from the tips and takes players through a challenging round of golf in a lush natural Florida environment.
