Consumer Golf Weekend Set for March 31, 2006

Travel + Leisure Golf magazine announces the first-ever Travel + Leisure Golf Players Championship Presented by the Bermuda Department of Tourism, scheduled for March 31 to April 4, 2006. The 54-hole tournament invites golfers to compete on three of Bermuda’s top courses? Tucker’s Point Club, Port Royal Golf Club, and Mid Ocean Club. During the tournament, participants will stay at the Fairmont Southampton. The goal of the program is to provide an exceptional golf experience for Travel + Leisure Golf readers and to spotlight Bermuda as a luxury golf destination.
