"We have created a diverse and challenging schedule for the 2006 season," said Ruhl. "We look forward to our golfers competing on these courses and developing their talents for the next level."

The Tour schedule includes premier events such as the $250,000 Spanos Open and the $150,000 Championship Tournament, which hosts the eligible top 60 players of the season- ending money list. Overall, tour members will compete for over $2.3 million dollars in prizes during the 2006 tour.

Peter Tomasula, a member of the Cal Berkeley national champions, won a Nationwide event and Steve Schneider finished 45th at the PGA Championship while representing PGA Club Professionals. Other members, John Mallinger and John Merrick, had a successful summer playing the Nationwide Tour. Both made several cuts and finished in the top 100 money list for that tour.
