The Top 25 Private Golf Communities – and 10 more worth watching – to be revealed in the March/April issue
PARK CITY, Utah (Dec. 7, 2005) — Luxury Golf & Travel magazine will be showcasing its First Annual Diamond Golf Community Awards in the March/April issue, publisher Mark Peterson announced today.
"As the publishing leader on the luxury side of golf, travel, real estate and private club living, Luxury Golf & Travel feels compelled to recognize some of those communities that offer residents and club members the highest quality experience both on and off the fairways," said Peterson, CEO of Media Partners Publishing.
With a distinguished panel of judges, the affluent golf and lifestyle magazine will select the best golf communities in North America.
Central to judging criteria will be golf course quality and overall golf experience as a residential amenity, as well as desirability of real estate options. Design quality, maintenance and conditioning, and the clubhouse will all be key elements in determining which developments receive the distinction.
In addition to Luxury Golf & Travel’s top 25 Diamond Community Award winners, a handful of promising communities will be profiled in a special "Ones to Watch" feature focusing on communities that are in the early stages of development but are destined to be among the best nationwide.
