Simplicity and strength are the inspirations for the design of the Hot Stepper, which complements the company’s fully loaded stand bag, the Aficionado III. Some players want a simple, lightweight bag with a full-sized top and pockets that allow for volumes of storage. The Hot Stepper provides just that. With the new ultra lightweight parachute fabric used by the U.S. Military, the The Izzo® Dual Strap, and the large garment pocket, the Hot Stepper has the size, strength and comfort of a full-sized bag at a fraction of the weight.
"Many of the ultra-light "micro-bags" on the market today are scaled down in several areas including undersized tops, limited pocket space, shorter legs and super thin straps," said Jeff Herold, President. The Hot Stepper features fabric designed and constructed per Military Spec PIA-C-7350, specifically adapted for Club Glove. This heavy duty, extremely lightweight and durable fabric is water and stain resistant and will not rip.
"This is the same fabric used in parachutes designed for pushing cargo and armored vehicles out of U.S. Military transport planes," continued Herold. "We’re the only company other than the U.S. Military who is using this material, and the fabric is actually woven for us per order. It’s the perfect material for our stand bags because it allows us to offer a full-size bag at a fraction of the weight and triple the strength of all other full-size bags on the market."
Continuing with Club Glove’s modular designs, the Hot Stepper converts to one of the lightest full-sized stand bags in the industry. Weighing approximately 4.9 lbs fully geared up, the bag can be configured to a mere 4.2 lbs.
