WEST END, N.C.– The Carolinas Golf Association (CGA) has announced the schedule for its annual series of Rules of Golf Seminars.

The seminars focus on the basics of the Rules and are geared to college and high school golf teams, golfers of all ages and abilities as well as to members of CGA member clubs.

The scheduled 18 seminars are free of charge to attendees, who will view a narrated computer presentation followed by question and answer sessions. Seminars are usually 1 1/2 to 2 hours in duration. The 2006-07 Rules of Golf books will be distributed to all participants, and supplemental printed material will be available.

This year’s series will be the 30th year the CGA has served the Carolinas with Rules of Golf education and annual rules presentations.

There is no formal registration to attend a seminar, however groups of three or more are encouraged to contact the CGA to reserve seating.

PGA members receive two MSR credits for attending.

For further information, contact the CGA, PO Box 319, West End, NC 27376, phone:
