Introducing New Custom cap styles and the new Silver Series fashion line
Findlay, Ohio (January 9, 2006) – Pukka Headwear, designer and manufacturer of premium golf headwear, is set to appear at the 2006 PGA Merchandise Show in Orlando, January 26 -29. Located in booth #12243, next to the New Products Center, Pukka plans to introduce new custom cap styles, unveil the Pukka Silver Series line of fashion headwear, and offer custom artwork created by an onsite Pukka designer.
PGA Show attendees will get a sneak preview of Pukka Headwear’s new line of upscale fashion headwear, the Silver Series. Utilizing a solid fashion industry background, Pukka developed the line to specifically address the golf lifestyle. Providing a simple and relaxed range of trendy caps for on and off course wear, the Silver Series line is perfect for golfers with an eye for style and golf shops ready to make a retail statement. "Our in house design team is relied upon by many top brands to assist with product development and design, in many cases we are setting trends in today’s fashion world," said Pukka President Shawn Rogers. "Pukka’s new Silver Series line brings these fashion trends to golf." The Silver Series ’06 Spring/Summer collection consists of seven styles and will be ready for delivery starting May 1st.
Also being introduced at the ’06 PGA Show are two additions to the Pukka custom headwear line, new men’s and women’s bucket cap styles, the Tenby and Sunningdale respectively. Both the Tenby and Sunningdale have been designed with an extra wide brim for maximum sun protection, a dark undervisor to enhance visibility and an A-MAXâ?¢ moisture wicking sweatband to help keep the wearer cool and dry. One size fits most.
"We are constantly working to develop new styles, like the Tenby and Sunningdale, for our custom headwear line," added General Manager Andy Snodgrass. "Our goal is to continue to grow our line by adding new styles that address specific needs such as sun protection and moisture management."
Throughout the show Pukka will be handing out samples of their popular new A-MAX performance caps. The moisture-wicking, quick drying A-MAX cap samples will be available in black, white, and two-tone, and feature Pukka’s A-Flex system which employs a four-way stretch sweatband. Show attendees should also be sure to pick up Pukka’s latest catalog which contains several new styles and drop graphics.
