Booth #4212
Portsmouth, NH— HI-TEC Golf, the pioneers of Instantly Comfortable, Lightweight Footwear, keeps focus on innovating superior performance golf shoes in 2006. With the PGA Show only a few weeks away, Hi-Tec will continue to support the CDT® Power footwear line which has had a positive response in both green grass and off course retailers.
Beginning at the Demo Day on Wednesday, Hi-Tec will join Sports Balance Technologies, developer of the Dynamic Balance System (DBS) which tracks the center of gravity movement throughout the golf swing as relates to balance and weight transfer. Dream Links Golf will be working with Sports Balance Technologies at the Demo Day to help demonstrate the DBS and also to show how the Hi-Tec Shoe helps with the stabilization, balance and weight transfer during the golf swing.
At the Hi-Tec booth #4212, golfers are welcome to come and work with experts on the launch pad and actually see the breakdown of their particular golf swing while wearing CDT Power shoes. Hi-Tec again working on the DBS will partners with Dream Links Golf, headed by President John Brown. Dream Links Golf provides golf performance training programming services that combine the utilization of state of the art diagnostic equipment with industry leading professionals in the areas of biomechanics, kinesiology, physical therapy, personal training and golf instruction in the delivery of individualized golf training programs that are quantified and measured.
After running similar testing at the 2005 PGA Championship, it was proven that there is no better way to explain CDT Power and get a complete understanding than to actually test the shoes. Dr. Paul Hurrion, founder of Quintic Laboratories and whose work with Padraig Harrington played an important role in the development of the CDT technology, will be available for more information regarding CDT and the breakdown of each element of the outsole as well as swing analysis to participants at the booth.
Also at PGA, HI-Tec will be running a series of contests for longest drive daily starting on Thursday. Participants will have the ability to compete against some of the Players Tour Long Drive competitors as well as Hi-Tec Sponsored LPGA golfer, Karen Stupples. Each day will have winners leaving with a new pair of the CDT Power Shoes as well as other prizes.
Along with the Long Drive Competition, Hi-Tec will be giving away shoes to the first 100 retailers who make an appointment and are given a 2006 product presentation. Appointments are made by sales representatives prior to the show. For representatives contact information retailers can call 1-800-521-1698.
While staying consistent with its dedication to ‘true value’, Hi-Tec Golf pushes the envelope with the upcoming 2007 launch later this year. Increasing the design options in the CDT Power as well as promoting fashion forward style and proven advanced technology is what makes Hi-Tec a leader when it comes to performance footwear.
