The show will air at 7:30 pm Tuesday evenings on cn35 in Naples, Florida.
The Golf Fitness Academy will be hosted by Mike Willett and Mike Via, Physical Therapists and Golf Performance Specialists at Body Balance for Performance. Mike and Mike will be sharing with all golfers throughout Southwest Florida, golf-specific health and fitness tips, exercises and exercise equipment to help improve golf performance, health and golf related injuries. To add to their wealth of knowledge, some of their guests will include: area Golf Instructors in their "Hear it From the Pros" segment and local physicians, sports psychologists and nutrition experts in their "Expert’s Corner" segment, including golf fitness expert, Katherine Roberts.
