NEW YORK, New York, January 11, 2006 – GPS Industries Inc. (OTCBB: GPSN), a leading innovator of Wi-Fi and GPS-enabled multimedia communications and management solutions for golf facilities, resorts, sporting events and residential communities is pleased to announce that the company has equipped the entire 105 fleet of golf carts at Blue Ridge Trail golf course with Inforemer GPS units. The course is also now equipped with a complete suite of management software and Wi-Fi capabilities.

Blue Ridge Trail, located in Northeastern Pennsylvania, is a public golf course that started with a 9 hole layout in 1992. In 1998 they expanded to 18 holes and in 2005 they spent nearly $4 million on new expansion bringing the total course layout to 27 holes.

Says Blue Ridge Trail General Manager Tony Barletta: "GPS Industries systems have improved the course’s food and beverage sales, and has improved the ability to expand on our tournament capacities, and has actually allowed us to increase our number of tournaments. Our course is heavily tree lined on every hole, and GPS Industries had no problem making the system work flawlessly. We have also had great success incorporating advertising into our GPS system, and are proud to say we have sold advertising for all 27 holes, with a mixture of static and video-streaming content on all ads. We couldn’t be happier with this GPS/Wi-Fi system."

Adds Bob Silzer, Sr., CEO and President of GPS Industries: "Golf courses literally do not know what they are missing until they see our product in action, under real world conditions. With the USGA and R&A rulings that allow GPS devices into the official rules of golf, we anticipate a tremendous demand for the Inforemer product as we believe it will become a ‘must have’ item for the 2006 golfing season."
