ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, FL – The award-winning Summertime Golf Show will be changing names in 2006, thanks to a new title sponsor.
The new title of the show is The Golfpac Travel & Golf Show. It will be shown on Sun Sports Network throughout Florida, and can be seen across the country via Direct TV.
TaylorMade-adidas Golf returns as a presenting sponsor for 2006.
Golfpac Travel, the golf industry leader in golf vacation packaging, had been a segment sponsor in previous years on the 30-minute, magazine-style golf show. But for 2006, Golfpac decided to increase its participation.
"We have received excellent feedback from our participation on the show, so we decided to take the next step of title sponsor," said Jeff Hamilton, president of Golfpac. "We believe the show gives us an opportunity not only to showcase our experience and knowledge regarding golf travel, but also to gain exposure for many of the destinations with whom we work."
The show will continue to be produced by Summertime Communications, a division of Jamison Golf Group. Summertime has been producing golf television shows and other video products since 1998. Summertime is based in Altamonte Springs, FL, with production offices in Charlotte, NC.
