The SeeSwing Mobile Unit ("SMU") is the first device of its kind to accurately measure a golfer’s launch conditions (ball speed, launch angle and target line angle) and at the same time digitally capture a golfers’ swing while they are actually striking the ball. The SMU records and provides instant video replay from three positions (top, front and back views) in both full motion and slow motion. In addition to this, the SMU immediately provides still images of the club/ball impact (two separate angles) and also the initial ball flight to the user. The SMU is portable, easily deployed, entirely self-contained and a turn-key system. The SMU has been designed for use at any location, either indoor or outdoor.
The company’s current product is a fourth generation design (tested throughout 2005) and is truly unique. The SeeSwing Mobile Unit stores the swings and performance data both locally, for on-site analysis by a golf instructor, and on the internet at SeeSwing’s Online Performance Academy. Here, the golfer can not only view his/her swing with the home playback option, but they will be able to perform self-analysis with the various online tools available. If desired, a SeeSwing user can have a PGA certified teaching professional review and comment on their swing. Other features include tips, drills, equipment reviews, equipment sales etc., all of which can help a golfer improve their game.
