CARLSBAD, Calif. (January 13, 2006) – TaylorMade-adidas Golf supplements its Fall/Winter2006 range with an expanded offering of ClimaCool Motion.
Introduced in Spring 2006, ClimaCool Motion is an extension of adidas Golf’s highly touted ClimaCool range and utilizes the same performance benefits as the original ClimaCool technology. A unique blend of Coolmax® Extreme (95%) and Coolmax Lycra® (5%) provides greater freedom of movement. Also featured is strategic placement of pronounced mesh panels to provide maximum ventilation. This product is designed with a leaner, more athletic silhouette.
"ClimaCool Motion is geared towards the aggressive, athletic golfer," says Patricia Dahan, director of global apparel for adidas Golf. "Here at adidas Golf, we design ClimaCool as equipment for the body."
Other features of the garment include moisture wicking & quick dry properties, UV protection SPF 15, and anti-microbial properties.
ClimaCool Motion will take on several different looks this season. One segment in particular is inspired by adidas own eighty years of heritage and tradition. This translates in to a very special initiative within ClimaCool.
The ClimaCool Motion range can be seen at adidas Golf’s display at booth location #14037 within the apparel section of the Orange County Convention Center during the PGA Show January 26-29. Also on display will be the full-line of footwear and apparel. Daily fashion shows will also present the opportunity to explore the new range.
The ClimaCool Motion will be available at retail starting May 15, 2006. Prices will range from $70.00 for short sleeve to $75.00 for long sleeve.
