Players Turf To Be Exclusive Provider For PGA Show

Players Turf International and Reed Exhibitions agree to exclusivity through 2008

Chillicothe, Ill—Players Turf International, an industry leader in golf artificial turf and installation, announced that they have entered into a long term contract with Reed Exhibitions, presenters of both the PGA Merchandise Show and PGA Fall Expo through 2008.

"We are very excited to be working with the most prestigious golf exhibitions in the golf industry for an extended period of time," said Players Turf Founder and Owner Ray Sever." We know that with the tremendous technological advances being made in our segment of the industry that we’ll be able to provide a better product on an annual basis."

The agreement calls for Players Turf International to provide and install the more than 25,000 square feet of synthetic turf for the Equipment Testing Center, including 40 hitting bays, three target greens, two practice putting greens and an elevated chipping area. It will provide a quality space for retailers and PGA professionals to test new products and range products.

"We have established an excellent partnership with Reed Exhibitions and the PGA Merchandise Show and will work diligently to create a premier synthetic turf installation at the Shows," said Sever. "Our proprietary technology, extensive experience and specialization in golf-related projects allow Players Turf to design and install a state-of-the-art turf system that will create extremely realistic playing conditions at the ETC in Orlando."

Reed Exhibitions Vice President and Show Manager Ed Several is pleased with the partnership.

"We are pleased to partner with Players Turf at the ETC to provide top quality turf conditions to test equipment and ball flight," he said. "The ETC has quickly become one of the most effective tools for exhibitors to showcase and demo their equipment and our partnership with Players Turf is an important element to its continued success.

Players Turf will be exhibiting at the 2006 PGA Show in Orlando and will be in Booth # 1812.
