Firm to Serve as Agency of Record for the Ladies Professional Golf Association

New York, NY – February 6, 2006 – The Hamilton Group today announced that the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) has selected the firm as its principal public relations agency.

"This is an extremely satisfying assignment for us as we competed with some of the industry’s top multi-national firms to earn the LPGA’s business," said John H. Frew, The Hamilton Group’s Chief Executive Officer.

The firm, which had worked with the LPGA on a project basis since February 2004, will focus primarily upon raising the profile of the Association’s principal assets including its members, tournaments, sponsors and leadership position in sports entertainment. Frew added that his firm would also provide strategic and creative counsel to the LPGA’s leadership and internal communications staff.

"We selected The Hamilton Group not only due to its expertise and understanding of our brand, but also because of their passion for our organization and mission," said Carolyn Bivens, LPGA commissioner. "The Hamilton Group is the right choice for the LPGA as we continue to build our brand and reputation globally," Bivens added.

The LPGA relationship will be managed by Frew and Kevin Sniffen, The Hamilton Group’s Director of Consumer/Sports Marketing.
