13th Annual Contest Open To Anyone In The Golf Media Who Becomes An ING Member; Great Prizes, Exclusive Statues Go To Winners, Who Will be Announced At 16th Annual ING Spring Conference May 21-25 In Pinehurst, NC; Deadline Approaching
LAKE MARY, FL – Members of the media have an opportunity to have their best works from 2005 rewarded and recognized in the 13th Annual ING Media Awards contest.
Anyone in the media is eligible to enter any of a dozen categories that recognize excellence in writing, photography, broadcasting and shows. All that is required is to join the 16-year-old, non-profit International Network Of Golf. Winners and runners up will be announced and recognized at the ING Spring Conference in Pinehurst, NC, at the ING Media Awards dinner May 22. All entries must arrive in the ING office by February 27.

Categories include: Book, Business Writing, Competition Writing, Equipment Writing, Illustration, Instruction, Opinion/Editorial, Photography, Profiles, Radio, Television and Travel Writing. First-place winners receive handcrafted statues made exclusively for the ING Media Awards by EMI, and golf merchandise. Honorable mentions receive beautiful wall plaques.

The International Network Of Golf is a 16-year-old, non-profit, media-based networking organization whose mission is to enhance and promote communication and education in golf. The group conducts meetings each year in the spring, summer and fall, when media and industry leaders gather to discuss issues, launch and test new products, and develop relationships.
