Will present GolfTEC’s fact-based analysis of body-related swing flaws

Denver, CO (February 15, 2006) – GolfTEC will participate in the first annual "Better Golf through Technology" Conference at MIT this weekend. GolfTEC President and Co-Founder Joe Assell will be a featured speaker, presenting on the subject of "Accurate Diagnosis of Body-Related Swing Flaws" using GolfTEC’s fact-based system. GolfTEC’s SEVA PRO system combines video, motion-analysis and biofeedback to compare a student’s swing against a database of averages compiled by tour professionals. By basing the instruction process on facts, and not simply the opinions of an instructor looking on-screen, GolfTEC is able to provide a superior instruction process that helps students improve more efficiently and effectively.

About the Conference – On February 17th and 18th, 2006, the world’s top golf teaching professionals, golf technology innovators, golf researchers, and club and ball manufacturers, will converge at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology to discuss the state-of-the-art and future of golf technology and learning at the First Annual "Better Golf Through Technology" Conference. Conference participants along with researchers from MIT and other academic institutions will present joint research on various technologies and learning methods. The event will feature panel discussions on technology’s effectiveness in golf learning. This unprecedented combination of technology, research, and top professionals promises to make for an unforgettable event that will reveal new insights about the future of golf learning.
