What can you get for the London Golf Show which already has everything?
How about branded, powered golf trolleys from one of the leading manufacturers?
Gloucestershire-based Stewart Golf has produced London Golf Show-branded versions of its revolutionary, remote-control X3 to help with the show’s marketing.
Andy Barwell, marketing director for the London Golf Show – which returns to ExCeL from April 27-30 – said: "Stewart Golf exhibited at the show last year and we worked very well together.
"These branded trolleys will help with our marketing and also get across Stewart Golf’s message. It is a lovely piece of kit – very sleek and powerful and we will be using them at our forthcoming media day and the London Golf Show Premiership Masters which takes place on March 15."
Mark Stewart, managing director, of Stewart Golf, said: "The London Golf Show-branded X3s are the first customised versions we have produced.
"This is an ideal opportunity for us to showcase our new bespoke design service. Previously we were able to offer only a choice of three colours – now we can design one-offs or supply trolleys in corporate colours.
"We even have some that change colour depending on the temperature."
The top-of-the-range X3 sells for £1,000 and is one of the most technologically-advanced golf trolleys available.
Despite achieving near perfect scores for engineering and build quality in numerous magazine tests, Stewart Golf engineers have spent the last two years improving several key areas of the original, groundbreaking X1, which was launched in 2001.
The X3 benefits from an all-new chassis, which is both stronger and lighter than its predecessor; new ‘soft’ front wheels make the X3 almost silent – even on hard paths – while revised hardware and software mean the X3 can deliver more power consistently and the X3R has smoother steering.
Additionally the X3 has been made more robust in other key areas. Both X3 models benefit from class-leading stability according to the UK’s top-selling golf magazine: Today’s Golfer.
And all those added benefits after the X1R was voted 35th ‘best thing in the world’ according to November’s GQ magazine.
Stewart Golf is just one of around 400 exhibitors at the London Golf Show. Tickets are available now and more information can be found at www.londongolfshow.com.
