Mark Hensby, John Rollins Sign with Firethorn Golf

Firethorn Golf has announced the signing of PGA Tour Players Mark Hensby and John Rollins to endorsement deals in which each athlete will wear Firethorn Golf’s "crossover" apparel, and will be featured in all upcoming seasonal catalogs.

The Australian Hensby, who won his first European Tour event with the 2005 Scandinavian Masters, also finished third in the U.S. Open and fifth in his U.S. Masters debut. Rollins finished in the Tour’s top 125 for the fourth consecutive year in 2005, and recorded a second-place finish at the 2005 B.C. Open. He recently surpassed the $5-million mark in career earnings.

"We’re honored to have players of Hensby and Rollins’ caliber representing the Firethorn Golf brand on Tour," said Mark Segall, Firethorn’s VP of North American Sales. "Both of these athletes embody the spirit of our company, being seriously devoted to the sport, yet always putting a signature twist on the experience. We look forward to enjoying a long and mutually beneficial partnership with both of them."

Hensby, who wore Firethorn Golf’s signature Tactel polo at the 2005 U.S. Open, will bear the just- updated Firethorn Golf logo on his chest, while Rollins’ collar will display the company’s name. Each player will wear fashions from the company’s recently reinvented "crossover" collection featuring F-Dry technology – an incredibly soft, moisture-wicking material cut with Firethorn’s comfortable fit.
