Hickory Stick to increase revenues through GPS advertising and tournament management applications

Austin, Texas – March 2, 2006 – UpLink Corporation announces that Hickory Stick Golf Club in Greenwood, Indiana has installed their Advantage GPS Golf Business Solution, including the popular advertising and tournament management modules. Hickory Stick selected Advantage to engage their golfers, manage their fleet and improve their bottom line.

All 70 of Hickory Stick’s Club Car Precedent vehicles will feature full color graphic GPS displays, designed to improve both the golfer’s game and experience. The golf club will be able to track the location of all cars in real-time from the management computer and increase sponsorship and outing revenue through the GPS advertising and tournament manager modules, completely integrated into the Advantage solution.

"When we initially contemplated installing a GPS system, we were mainly interested in providing a better experience to our golfers with exact yardages to the pin and course graphics," comments Chip Essig, general manager with Hickory Stick.
