WHAT: BellSouth, the BellSouth Pioneers and participating partners are collecting new and gently used golf clubs and other sports equipment during the BellSouth Classic PGA TOUR golf tournament. Donations will be given to nearly 20 military installations in the Southeast.

These companies are helping to collect golf and sports equipment, which will be donated to military installations throughout the Southeast upon the program’s conclusion. In 2005, more than 3,000 golf clubs and associated equipment was collected and donated to the USO for distribution to military personnel overseas.
