Srixon’s John Rollins Collects His Third Top 10 of Season
ATLANTA — March 27, 2006 Srixon Staff Professional Jim Furyk recently added the Srixon I-506 forged irons in his bag. This week’s result: Furyk tied for 3rd place at THE PLAYERS Championship in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida on Sunday, March 26, 2006 by shooting a 5-under par, 283 total (65-71-75-72). Furyk, who ranks second in driving accuracy on tour using Srixon’s W-506 driver, also plays with Srixon forged wedges and Srixon’s Z-UR prototype golf ball.
Srixon Staff Professional John Rollins added another Top 10 finish to his performance this season as he tied for 8th place at THE PLAYERS by shooting a 3-under par, 285 total (68-71-72-74). Rollins, currently 26th on the Money List and tied for the lead on tour in eagles made this season, plays with Srixon’s Z-UR golf ball and Srixon’s forged cavity back irons.
Srixon staff professionals have now recorded 13 Top 10 finishes in the 2006 season.
