Mitchell Golf Equipment Institute Graduates 30 Industry Professionals

Mitchell® Golf Equipment Institute graduated 30 more industry professionals from its popular schools. They include a 3-Day Club Repair Technician, a 2-Day Club Performance Fitting, and a 3-Day True Temper® "Gold Certified" Shaft Frequency Fitting. Classes are held in the Studio building on the world-renown 42-acre circular range at Orange County National Golf Center in Orlando, Florida.

Each student was awarded a personalized certificate of recognition as a Mitchell® Certified Club Repair Technician, Club Performance Fitting Specialist or "Gold Certified" True Temper® Shaft Fitting Specialist.

The new graduates include International & U. S. students. Three of these graduates also earned a Masters Certificate for successfully completing all three certified classes at Mitchell® Golf Equipment Institute. They are Jeff Tan, Bill Eirish, and Felipe Estrada. This certificate recognizes industry professionals who make the total commitment to continuing education.

"These students have learned the skills necessary for performing re-shafting, re-gripping, loft/lie adjustments and all repair techniques for today’s modern golf clubs," states Paul Bessler, PGA Golf Professional and Director of Instruction for Mitchell® Golf Equipment Institute. "Our True Temper® "Gold Certified" School graduates have learned the skills necessary for frequency-tuning the new Black Gold® shaft. They learned how to cut 43.5 inch blank shafts to frequency gradients for standard flexes and sub-flexes."
