LOUISVILLE, KY – PGA Touring pros and TV golf analysts Ken Venturi and Jim Gallagher, Jr., will be featured in a new 30-minute Bionic Golf Glove infomercial that will air exclusively on The Golf Channel starting April 3. The program was produced by The Golf Agency for Louisville based Hillerich & Bradsby Co.’s Bionic Technologies division.
It will show why patented Bionic glove technology is a huge leap in the evolution of golf glove design.
"Your hands are the only part of your body that comes in contact with the golf club," Jim Gallagher, Jr. said. "You grip and re-grip the golf club more times than you can count during a round. And swinging a club can create a huge amount of force and torque on your grip. That’s a lot of work for your hands. No wonder so many golfers struggle with an inconsistent grip."
Gallagher and Venturi will demonstrate how the Bionic Golf Glove can help any golfer.
"Ken and Jim will reveal how Bionic technology gives golfers improved comfort, control, and confidence," said Bionic Golf Marketing Director Cheryl Fink. "Having trusted golf professionals like Ken Venturi and Jim Gallagher, Jr. join our team further validates the Bionic Golf Glove as a unique and innovative product that can help golfers at any level."
The program will also feature two leading orthopedic hand surgeons, Bionic glove’s research and development chief Dr. Jim Kleinert and Dr. Thomas Graham, a noted hand specialist for PGA Tour players as well as athletes in the NFL, Major League Baseball, the NBA, and NHL. Dr. Kleinert will explain the science and technology behind patented Bionic gloves. Dr. Graham, Director of the Curtis National Hand Center in Baltimore, Maryland is uniquely qualified to address hand anatomy as it relates to golf.
The infomercial will also feature many testimonials from golfers who’ve worn the Bionic Golf Glove, which has received numerous honors including the Arthritis Foundation’s Ease-of-Use Commendation and PGA Tour Magazine’s Partners Club Member Tested Seal-of-Approval.
"The results of the PGA Tour Partners test are phenomenal," Gallagher, Jr. said. "Ninety-five percent of golfers rated the Bionic glove good or excellent for feel and comfort. Ninety-six percent rated the design good or excellent, and ninety-six percent would recommend the Bionic glove to a friend."
Gallagher, Jr. said 100 percent of golfers testing for PGA Tour Partners rated the quality of the Bionic Golf Glove as good or excellent.
