The New Mallet Putter Features Larger Head and New Alignment Lines
Denver, Co, May 11, 2006 . . . . YES! Golf has added a new mallet putter to its collection of fifteen C-Groove models. Based upon consultation from tour professionals, YES! Golf is introducing the Victoria II. The Victoria II has a 10% larger head then the original Victoria and new alignment lines to visually aid the golfer in set-up.
"The tour professionals have been very instrumental in the development and design of our putter line over the past couple of years," stated Dave Richardson, director of sales, YES! Golf. "With the Victoria II, players felt by adding a new alignment point on the top rail of the putter and modifying the current one in the cavity, players would have a better visual aid to the target. The feedback from the tour players on the new Victoria II has been extremely positive. Last week, we had 10 Victoria II putters in play on the major tours.
The Victoria II is a face-balanced mallet putter made of 304 stainless steel, featuring a 10% larger head than the original Victoria and a head weight of 355 grams. The putter features two alignment aids; a ball-width sight alignment aid on the top rail to align ball and face and a single line in the cavity for effortless alignment with the target. The Victoria II comes in a 2.5° loft and 72° lie with 2° flat or upright available. The double bend shaft is available 32"-37" and comes in right-hand only. The Victoria II putter has a suggested retail of $190.00.
