Sales attributed to new INOVA dashview GPS, AdSmart revenue program
Austin, Texas – May 3, 2006 – UpLink Corporation, the fastest growing GPS golf business solutions company, announces strong sales of its GPS-based golf business solutions following a successful showing at the PGA Merchandise Show in January 2006. Twenty-seven.5 18-hole (equivalent) courses installed UpLink’s solutions, generating in excess of $7.4 million in sales, following the show, where the company introduced INOVA, the world’s first car-integrated dashview GPS system. Interest in the new INOVA system has been strong, accounting for more than 50% of the installations and virtually all of the courses took advantage of UpLink’s unique GPS advertising programs to cover the cost of their GPS system.
