C&B Extends Agreement

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. (May 22, 2006) – Cutter & Buck, an upscale golf-inspired sportswear and outerwear brand, has announced a seven-year event merchandising agreement with The PGA of America, extending a relationship which began in 1999.

In addition to providing upscale fixtures for PGA tournament merchandise tents, Cutter & Buck will design and manufacture custom garments for all PGA event volunteers including bottoms, shirts and outerwear. Under the agreement, Cutter & Buck receives "lead vendor" status for The PGA of America’s apparel needs.

"The PGA of America values its partnership with Cutter & Buck, a company that is committed to developing quality garments and paying excellent attention to detail to elevate the PGA Championship experience," said PGA of America President Roger Warren. "It is a given in our industry that Cutter & Buck is a cut above in event merchandise."

Under the new agreement, Cutter & Buck will provide apparel to PGA event volunteers at seven PGA Championships, seven Senior PGA Championships and two Ryder Cups throughout the next seven years. Cutter & Buck also will continue to provide top of the line fixtures for event merchandising facilities at PGA events, enhancing the retail experience for the championship attendee.
