DALLAS, Texas (May 30, 2006) – The Northern Texas PGA Junior Golf Foundation is pleased to announce the marketing and promotion partnership with Accu-Length, the makers of the only expandable junior golf clubs. Accu-Length will become the presenting sponsor of 2006 NTPGA Ewing Automotive Buick Prep Tour that will travel across the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex and the Northern Texas region with 44 events scheduled during the months of June – August.
The relationship is an excellent opportunity for the Foundation members to become familiar with the Accu-Length brand and junior golf clubs that they have to offer. More than 2,400 junior golfers within the region will have the opportunity to demo the clubs and experience the advantages of the Accu-Length clubs.
Rick Rutter, president, COO and founder of OnTrack Sports, LLC, makers of Accu-Length, says the agreement will benefit all involved parties.
"It is extremely exciting to us to be a presenting sponsor of the 2006 NTPGA Ewing Automotive Buick Prep Tour. We believe that this relationship will open the door for many Texas junior golfers to be exposed to the real benefits of our expandable club technology," says Rutter. "One of our main company goals is to provide junior golfers with equipment that allows them to learn the game quicker and more easily because the equipment fits them perfectly while saving parents money at the same time. This relationship creates a great win/win platform for both Accu-Length and the juniors of the Northern Texas PGA."
Accu-Length has rapidly moved to the forefront of the junior golf club market because of its one-of-a-kind spacer system, which enables the club to lengthen and grow as the child grows, thereby eliminating the need to constantly purchase new clubs each year. Over a 5-year period, that equates to a savings of up to $600.
"I have been involved in the marketing of junior clubs in the North Texas area for the last 10 years. The cutting -edge technology of the Accu-Length junior clubs has created an unprecedented degree of excitement," add Gill Barnett, Accu-Length junior clubs provides a way for more juniors to be involved in the game of golf than ever before. The technology also enables the junior golfers to be actually custom-fitted for 4 to 5 seasons. Why didn’t someone think of this before?"
Savings are only one important reason why parents are finding that Accu-Length’s custom fit clubs are the right fit for their youngsters. Accu-Length’s expandable club technology creates consistency in their swings for juniors that has long been so important to adult golfers. This helps junior golfers develop a repeatable swing motion and muscle memory which produces more consistent swings, resulting in straighter shots, longer hits, lower scores and most importantly, a more enjoyable golf experience for kids.
"The Northern Texas PGA enthusiastically welcomes Accu-Length to the Junior Golf Foundation’s family of corporate partners," says Darrell Crall, executive director of the Northern Texas PGA. "We look forward to introducing our Prep Tour customers to Accu-Length at the tournaments this year."
