(June 5, 2006) – The Professional CLUBMAKERS’ Society will offer a 3 day Advanced Fitting School on August 16, 17, and 18, 2006 at the PCS International Headquarters in Louisville, KY.
The fitting school will include discussions on equipment specifications and cover comparison of equipment used in the swing analysis, using fitting data in making fitting recommendations and turning fitting recommendations into finished clubs. On the final day the attendees will participate in a "team" fitting, which will be evaluated by their classmates. In addition, attendees will receive a DVD that will include the fitting process used by several PCS members with many years of experience in the fitting business. All Clubmakers are invited and encouraged to attend this class. Seating for each class will be given on a first come first serve basis.
The schools have received excellent reviews from members who have attended. The following are two quotes from Advanced Fitting School graduates:
"The schools were well organized with good teachers, which gave us a great
understanding of fitting".
"This Advanced Fitting School was a cut above any other schools that I
have attended".
The school will be taught by Executive Technical Director Bob Dodds, Advanced Professional "Class A" Clubmaker and 2004 Clubmaker of the Year, Jerry Hoefling, Sr. and PCS Professional "Class A" Clubmaker and 2006 Clubmaker of the Year, Keith Chatham.
