C-Thru Grips Hires Dynamic National Sales Manager With Extensive Golf Industry Background

ORLANDO, FL (June 23, 2006) – C-Thru Grips, Inc. has hired a new National Sales Manager with an award-winning history in the golf industry.

Steven Okazaki, C-Thru Grips’ new National Sales Manager joins the company with an extensive professional history within the golf industry, where he has won numerous awards including ‘Employee of the Year’ as the National Sales & Marketing for Yonex Corporation. His effectiveness in product development, sales and marketing has helped many of golf’s well-respected companies increase sales, establish valuable branding presence, and develop long-term corporate infrastructures that were pertinent to the business’ growth. A California native and graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara, Okazaki joins C-Thru Grips with great leadership and corporate visionary skills that will help build a developing brand presence of C-Thru Grips.

C-Thru Grips, established in 2001, produces clear, tour-quality golf grips featuring stock and customized designs. Specializing in both full-swing grips and putter grips, C-Thru Grips offers a wide array of slogans, country flags, and over 130 college & university logos. C-Thru Grips is also an official distributor of the 32 NFL teams, the 30 MLB teams and now all 30 NHL teams. New lines include four Mossy Oak camouflage styles and three different Breast Cancer labels which benefit Breast Cancer research.

Custom-designed labels may be ordered to support golf facilities, as well as alumni functions. C-Thru Grips has recently expanded the Corporate Sales division with the naming of Jessica Best as Director of Corporate and Promotional Sales.

The C-Thru Grips grip kit contains 13 full-swing grips and a putter grip and 14 labels and retails between $92.95-$99.95 (custom designs extra). Four-packs retailing between $34.95-$42.95 and single grip and labels at $8.95- $9.95 are also available for purchase, as well as putters with choice of label for $58.95. Junior and baby putters are also available.

Last year, over 150 Tour players used C-Thru Grips. There were multiple wins on the, Champions, LPGA and European Tours by players carrying C-Thru Grips. On the collegiate level, C-Thru Grips, which are used by over 200 college and university golf teams nation wide, and a number of wins in various national collegiate championships last year.
