Miami, Florida – Amy Grieder, a 1993 graduate of New York’s prestigious Fashion Institute of Technology, will lead Bette & Court and SWING’s future design efforts as the Company’s new head designer. Formerly with Polo Ralph Lauren and Perry Ellis, Grieder joined Bette & Court in 2004 as an assistant designer involved in both the technical and creative aspects of the line. Beginning with Summer/Holiday 2007 she will oversee both areas and focus her strengths on the development of future collections.

Grieder is well travelled with knowledge of both the Asian and European Markets. She draws inspiration from many sources and diligently undertakes her design research. " She does her homework; she listens to the market and she is able to interpret trends that work back into golf and casual/resort wear" states Jamie Handler, VP of Sales and a seasoned ladies apparel executive.
" My focus will be to continue to update Bette & Court and SWING looks to offer more youthful styles and fashion. Our goal if for women to love our clothes, our fit, our styles, our colors. I want them to look great and feel beautiful and confident " explains Grieder.
Grieder will report directly to Maria Erickson CEO/President and founder of Bette & Court.
