Gastonia, NC – AccuFLEX Golf Staff Player Song-Hee Kim continued her amazing success on the Futures Tour and celebrated her 18th Birthday in a "big way" by capturing her 4th Victory of the season at the CIGNA Chip in For A Cure FUTURES Golf Classic held in Bloomfield, CT this past weekend. Kim, a rookie on the Futures Tour this year, arrived here last fall from Seoul, South Korea and has absolutely dominated the Tour with the AccuFLEX Evolution Lite shaft she plays in her Driver, 3-Wood, and 5-Wood.
This latest Victory earned her a paycheck of $9,800.00, bringing her total earnings to $58,486.00 for the year, extending her lead at the top of the Money Leader List for the 2006 season. The future looks extremely bright for this young LPGA Tour bound player.
"Next year, Song-Hee will be playing in events like the Women’s British Open, the LPGA Championship and the U.S. Women’s Open," said Todd Cassidy, Vice President of AccuFLEX Golf, "and she’s only eighteen years old! She is an extremely talented player and we’re proud to be a part of the amazing success she’s had this season."
About The Evolution Lite
The Evolution Lite is the 2nd Nano-Composite shaft produced by AccuFLEX Golf. It was designed to have the same feel and consistency of the original Evolution, however this shaft is lighter and has a slightly softer overall flex profile. The EVO Lite will also help to reduce spin and provides a mid-high ball flight. It is easier to load than the original Evolution, but still has a lot of stability and is very versatile for swingers and hitters. Available in A, R, S, and X flexes at a 62 gram weight.
AccuFLEX Golf’s international design team uses the finest materials available along with the company’s unique, proprietary filament winding process to make its premium line of advanced design composite Golf Shafts. AccuFLEX Golf’s Evolution became the first Nano-Technology shaft to win on Any PGA Tour last year at the Virginia Beach Open. AccuFLEX Golf shafts have Won A Tour Championship, Three Major Championships, Sixteen Tour Wins (on various PGA Tour’s), Hundreds of Top Ten Finishes and 12 RE/MAX World Long Drive Championships, in the past four years.
