HUNTINGTON BEACH, CAâ?¦Never Compromise proudly introduces the GM2â?¢ Exchange line of putters. This new putter line features a customized weighting system, which allows a player dozens of personal tuning options and more control over their putting than ever before.
The GM2 Exchange’s unique weighting system features a set of interchangeable weights that allow custom tuning to suit conditions and surfaces, as well as a player’s tendencies. The GM2 Exchange line has a total of five different putter models. Each model contains adjustable weights that can be manipulated to create a club head that ranges anywhere from 320 to 370 grams in models #1 and #3 or from 330 to 360 grams in models #4 and #5. The GM2 Exchange #2 Belly has a weight range that adjusts from 370 grams to 420 grams (all five models are changeable in 5 gram increments). Each model comes standard in 33", 34" and 35" with models #2 and #5 also available in a left-handed version.
"Proper customized weight tuning can dramatically improve stroke tempo, distance control, accuracy and adaptability to various surfaces and conditions," said Chad Kicker, Director of Never Compromise. "We’ve had more excitement on the PGA TOUR with this product than with any other product in our company’s history."
"Most guys like the weight in the back of the putter but I like the weight in the face," said Jerry Kelly, PGA TOUR professional. "I put a little bit in the toe, too, and it’s been awesome. I’m excited about golf again."
The MSRP on the GM2 Exchange putter is $299 (includes customized weighting kit) and will be available to ship on September 1, 2006.
