Tournament-tested track marks latest addition to KemperSports’ signature California collection

VALLEJO, Calif., Aug. 23, 2006 – Hiddenbrooke Inc., owner of the highly acclaimed Hiddenbrooke Golf Club, recently announced the hiring of KemperSports to operate the Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course, conveniently located off I-80 and just 35 minutes from San Francisco at the gateway to Napa Valley.

Opened to the public in 1995, Hiddenbrooke offers great proximity to the San Francisco Bay Area and Napa Valley’s scenic wine country, showcasing dramatic elevation changes and dynamic water features. Multiple sets of tees enable golfers of any skill level to enjoy the 18-hole, championship layout year-round. During its 11-year history, the par 72 has earned several four-star ratings on Golf Digest’s "Best Places to Play."

"We are excited to launch our relationship with KemperSports, a nationally recognized management company known for its extensive involvement and continual advancement in the western United States, particularly in the California market," said Curt Johansen, executive vice president of Triad Communities, the Hiddenbrooke master developer. "We look forward to partnering with KemperSports to build upon Hiddenbrooke’s reputation for excellent course conditioning and first-rate customer service while bringing a new sense of innovation to keep Hiddenbrooke among the region’s premier golf destinations."

Hiddenbrooke Golf Club has proven itself in professional golfing circles as well. From 2000-2002, the tournament-tested venue hosted the Samsung World Championship, a prestigious LPGA event that featured the top 20 international female golfers, including standouts like Annika Sorenstam, Karrie Webb and Juli Inkster.

Surrounded by the Arnold Palmer Signature Course and picturesque vistas, Hiddenbrooke also offers upscale facilities for weddings, banquets, social events and corporate meetings. A full-service grille and fully stocked golf shop are also open to the public.
