Pima Direct welcomes new members to world class sales team

SAN LEANDRO, Calif. – Pima Direct, the company dedicated to providing the golf retailer with quality, price point and strong gross margins, has recently added Shoni Sibo and Mark Gama to their world class sales team. Sibo will be responsible for representing Pima Direct in Georgia, Alabama and the Florida Panhandle and Gama will be handling the east coast from Philadelphia North through the Met Section and New England.

"Shoni has a great background in buying in the green grass channel as well as for Edwin Watts and has transitioned that experience into a successful and respected sales career," said Mark Killeen, Pima Direct Managing Partner. "Mark is an industry veteran and leader who has been integral in building some great companies including Director of Sales at Slazenger and Vice President of Sales at Hilfiger and Fila. "We are proud and excited to support both Shoni and Mark as they continue to grow our business in the Southeast and East Coast areas."

Sibo and Gama will be sharing Pima Direct’s secrets to success with her clients in the southern states telling them about the company’s factory direct business model and private label program. Pima Direct’s factory direct approach reduces the inventory risk by selling a pre-coordinated 36-piece presentation called "Professionally Merchandised Assortments" or PMA. Each 36-piece assortment consists of six units per color/pattern all offered in a 1-M, 2-L, 2-XL, 1-XXL size scale. The PMA concept takes the time and tediousness out of the apparel ordering process and makes it a snap for the members and consumers.

Another Pima Direct strength is their private label program. It gives the accounts the ability to put their own labels and hang tags on the product which makes it an easy product to sell.

"We offer incredible quality custom branding with previously unheard of minimums," said Killeen. "We often complete the entire design without requiring the customer to do any additional work. We charge a very small setup fee and quickly our golf customers can participate in the most successful business practice in retail today. By partnering with us, the golf retailer can now make more money than ever, improve sales volume, offer more value and reduce competition."
