Only Launch Monitor Company in Attendance

AccuSport International, Inc. today announced that it will exhibit at the 2006 PGA Fall Expo in Las Vegas, September 13 and 14. AccuSport will be the only launch monitor company in attendance at the event and will be demonstrating its new Vector Pro Launch System at Booth # 851. The company will be giving golfers an electronic file of their actual measured ball flight information and video swing analysis after their hitting session on the Vector Pro.

"We’ve supported the PGA shows for many years, and are glad to be in attendance at this year’s Fall Expo," said Don Thorup, AccuSport General Manager. "These shows really give PGA professionals an opportunity to see and use our products in a hands-on environment. We’ll have a hitting area set-up in our booth along with a video camera so that golfers can see the impact of combining their actual measured ball flight information with their swing video and gauge any changes they might make to their swings," said Thorup.

AccuSport is the leading developer and marketer of golf swing launch monitors and its Vector Launch System is recognized throughout the golf industry for its accuracy, portability and affordability. The Vector and Vector Pro Launch Systems measure and analyze launch angle, ball speed, backspin, side spin and side angle to instantaneously quantify the performance of both player and equipment. The new Vector Pro also now offers a fully integrated video swing analysis application for lessons, along with a student database for storing sessions.

"We set a goal this year to further distance our market share percentage in the ‘green grass’ segment," Thorup said. "Launch monitors are no longer a luxury for this group, but a necessity for doing business and helping golfer’s improve. Vector Pro, with integrated video swing analysis, provides actual measurements, not calculations, to help fitters and instructors deliver the same accurate information used by nearly every major golf equipment manufacturer and national golf retailer," Thorup said.

About the company: AccuSport International, Inc., located in Winston-Salem, NC, is driven by technology and a desire to improve the game of golf, and make it more enjoyable and accessible to golfers of all skill levels. AccuSport introduced the Vector Launch System to the commercial market in 2003, and has rapidly become the industry leader in launch monitor technology and market share. With distribution in Europe, the United Kingdom, Canada, Japan, South Africa and Australia, the Vector and Vector Pro Launch Systems have become the tools that are changing the way the golf industry looks at ball flight, driver lofts and ball spin rates, and are helping all golfers better understand their game.
