PGA TOUR and ISG A/S Reach Agreement for TrackMan Ball Flight and Club Movement Analysis during PGA TOUR Events

September 12, 2006

VEDBAEK, DENMARK and PONTE VEDRA BEACH, FL – The PGA TOUR and ISG A/S, developer and owner of TrackManâ?¢, have reached agreement whereby the PGA TOUR will utilize ISG’s TrackManâ?¢ technology to measure and analyze ball flight and club movement data from PGA TOUR events. The agreement extends through the 2010 season.

Additional details of the agreement include:

â?¢ PGA TOUR will collect TrackManâ?¢ data from players during TOUR tournaments on a weekly basis.

â?¢ The TrackManâ?¢ data collected includes: 3-D Shot Trajectory, Carry Distance, Ball Landing Position, Ball Speed, Vertical Launch Angle, Spin Rate, Horizontal Launch Angle, Club Speed, and more.

â?¢ The TrackManâ?¢ system has been integrated into the PGA TOUR’s ShotLink System, whereby TrackManâ?¢ data is collected and passed through ShotLink. The ShotLink System is a revolutionary platform for collecting and disseminating scoring and statistical data on every shot by every player in real-time.

"We are extremely proud of our agreement with the PGA TOUR because it indicates to the ISG team that we have achieved an important objective of designing and developing TrackManâ?¢ to be a world-class product offering the quality of data and field use application that the world’s finest players and organizations would rely on," said Klaus Eldrup Jorgensen, President of ISG A/S. "We knew TrackManâ?¢ was something special, but confirmations such as through our agreement with the PGA TOUR rewards our dedicated team with the acknowledgement of a job well done."

Steve Evans, Vice President of Information Systems for the PGA TOUR, said: "Our decision to integrate TrackManâ?¢ into our weekly events was more of a process than a decision. TrackManâ?¢ had to prove itself as reliable, durable, non-intrusive to the players, and most importantly accurate, over several months of testing in various environmental conditions and with various users. TrackManâ?¢ passed all the rigorous testing and we are excited to have the system set up every week so that we can learn more about how the world’s greatest players are playing and how they differentiate themselves from one another.

"We are excited about the potential to elevate the fan experience on-site, on the air and in other media that TrackManâ?¢ provides," Evans added. "We think the performance data that TrackManâ?¢ provides will add a further dimension to help the fan understand how exceptional the PGA TOUR athlete is."

About ISG A/S

Headquartered in Vedbaek, Denmark, ISG A/S is the developer and owner of the TrackManâ?¢ system. Based on Doppler radar technology, TrackManâ?¢ measures exact 3-dimensional club movement and provides highly-accurate data on the ball launch, ball flight, and ball landing coordinates of any golf shot. In addition, TrackManâ?¢ measures actual spin rate of the ball without marking it and features outstanding portability, reliability, and ease of use. As such, TrackManâ?¢ has set a new standard for golf ball and golf club measurement and is currently in use worldwide by almost every major golf club, golf shaft, and golf ball manufacturer, as well the USGA and the R&A. With recent software upgrades, an improved price, and both FCC and CE approval, ISG is making the TrackManâ?¢ technology available to a wider range of customers including golf clubs, golf academies, golf ranges, club-fitters, tour professionals, and serious players.
