Jencess Software & Technologies, Inc. announces today that Kelly Shubert has joined the company as the Director of Operations. In this position, Mr. Shubert will provide strategic direction for Jencess’s Information Technology needs and lead our Customer Support Team. He will also direct the execution of a new company initiative to package and deliver comprehensive IT solutions for our current and prospective clients.

A native of Edmonton, Kelly’s career highlights include launching a successful Internet Service Provider which was sold to a public company in August 2000. After that, Kelly joined CompuSmart Solutions Group as Director of Technical Services and designed complex solutions for clients, managed implementation projects as well as a team of 30 technical staff,. Kelly quickly rose through the ranks to become the National Practice Leader for Corporate Services and provided leadership and technical guidance to other service leaders across the country. Through this process he mastered skills necessary for large scale infrastructure design and the development of proactive monitoring and support on a national level. Kelly also holds many current IT certifications from Vendors such as Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, and Sonicwall.
