PGA Tour Player Jerry Kelly asked local PGA Tour Rules Official Mickey Bradley how he could help the Gulf Coast after Katrina. Mickey grew up on Biloxi’s Point Cadet and the idea came to raise funds to build homes in this ravaged area. Jerry Kelly has begun inviting up to 20 PGA Tour Players to play with 3 lucky golfers and each tour player will bring some of their golf equipment for prizes. While Pro-Ams on the PGA Tour cost around $4000 per player – each player can play in this event for a fourth the cost and all monies raised will go directly to the Harrison County Affiliate of Habitat for Humanity. This, combined with 84 Lumber Company committing to build the homes, and support from Mary Mahoney’s, the Beau Rivage, Opus Restaurant and Shell Landing – the Tournament Chairman, Mickey Bradley, hopes to raise over $60,000 to buy land for up to four homes. Come play with PGA Tour Players and help Biloxi rebuild.

Date: October 30th (Monday of the PGA Tour Championship)
Entry Fee: $1000 per player payable to the GULF COAST GOLF FOUNDATION
Format: One Pro – 3 Amateurs – One Low Net Ball with Par as your Partner
Eligibility: Amateur golfers who want to help-Maximum 21 handicap-Single or Team Sign Up Welcome.
